2. Remove the cassettes from the buckets.

3. Using soap or a mild cleaning agent and water, clean the buckets and
cassettes.
If necessary, use isopropyl alcohol to remove any grease on the
buckets.
4. Using an absorbent cloth, dry the buckets and cassettes.
5. Inspect the buckets for cracks, damage, or corrosion.
6. Verify the following information:
• Check to see the number of cycles since the last bucket
replacement.

• Check the use date on the Hettich unit bucket to verify that it has
not passed.
Regardless of the condition of the buckets, you must replace all buckets
that have exceeded 190,000 cycles of use or where the use date on the
bucket has elapsed, whichever comes first.
