System Information and Language
Configuration
To view hardware and software information about your
optiPoint
application modules as well as to change the
user language and keypad assignment, open the
"System settings" page which is integrated as a hidden
menu in the "Display" application.
Display "System settings" Page
Proceed as follows to open the "System settings" page:
Click the icon to open the start page.
Double-click the Display icon.
The "Configurations" page is displayed.
Press the keys "A" and "L" at the same time.
The "System settings" menu option appears.

c Select the "System settings" menu option and confirm.
The "System settings" page contains the following tabs:
• "System Information" tab, see  Page 47
• "Language" tab, see  Page 48
• "Keyboard" tab, see  Page 48
Show System Information
Proceed as follows to view hardware and software
information for your optiPoint
application modules:
Open the "System settings" page  Page 48.
The "System Information" tab is selected. The entries
mean the following:
Hardware Version: Number set at factory.
Bootloader Version: Version of bootloader. This is
responsible for detecting the connected phone and for
the correct startup and updating of the phone.
System Version: Version of system software.
Asset ID: optiPoint application module serial number
set at factory.
