8.3 Partition
For instance, if an output is programmed to "Partition 1 panic alarm", this output is

This parameter defines the normal and active state of outputs.
When the output is programmed as "True", it is:
z in the quiescent position when the output is not activated
z operating when the output is activated.
When the output is programmed as "False", it is:
z in the quiescent position when the output is activated
z operating when the output is inactive.
Normal position = Relay de-energized or "open collector" open.
Operating = Relay energized or "Open Collector (OC)" switched to negative.
