10.2.1 Removing/Installing Memory Module
Memory expansion options
The motherboard is equipped with 2 slots for memory modules. For 184-pin DDR2 RAM
chips, unbuffered, no ECC. This allows you to expand the memory capacity of your PC to a
maximum of 2 GB. One or two modules can be installed.

Note
The modules can be installed in any slot.
Preparation
Disconnect the device from mains and unplug all cables.
Caution
The electronic components on the PCBS are highly sensitive to electrostatic discharge. It is
therefore vital to take precautionary measures when handling these components. Refer to
the directives for handling electrostatic sensitive components.
