Save to external storage medium – Backup
1.
Touch the "Service & Commissioning" icon.
2.
Press the "Backup" button.
With "Backup", you back up the data to
a formatted USB storage medium.
3.
Select the scope of the backup:
– "Complete backup": Complete backup
– "Recipe from device memory":
Recipes only
– "User management":
User management data only
4.
Select the storage medium on which
the data is backed up.
5.
Specify the file name of the backup file
and the path.
If no storage medium is inserted into
the HMI device, the File name and Path
fields are empty.
If not enough memory space is available
on the storage medium, an error message
appears.
6.
Use the "Accept" button to confirm.
The backup starts and the Transfer screen
is displayed.
