5.7.3 Functional test
The functional test must carried out individually for each drive (as far as the ma-
chine allows).

This test comprises the following steps:

S Enable SH function (p9601.0 = 1, p9801.0 = 1)
S No Safety faults or alarms (r0945, r2122)
S r9772.0 = r9772.1 = 0 (SH deselected and inactive – CU)
S r9872.0 = r9872.1 = 0 (SH deselected and inactive – MM)
S r9773.0 = r9773.1 = 0 (SH deselected and inactive – drive)
S For terminal grouping for “Safe standstill”:
r9774.0 = r9774.1 = 0 (SH deselected and inactive – group)
2. Run the drive.
3. Ensure that the correct drive is running.
4. Select SH when you issue the run command.
5. Check the following:
S The drive coasts to a standstill or is braked and stopped by the
mechanical brake (if available and configured (p1215, p9602, p9802)).
S No Safety faults or alarms (r0945, r2122)
S r9772.0 = r9772.1 = 1 (SH selected and active – CU)
S r9872.0 = r9872.1 = 1 (SH selected and active – MM)
S r9773.0 = r9773.1 = 1 (SH selected and active – drive)
S For terminal grouping for “Safe standstill”:
r9774.0 = r9774.1 = 1 (SH selected and active – group)
6. Deselect SH.
