SCROLL scrolls the window attached
to
the specified or default channel up or down
by
the given number
of
pixels.
Paper

scrolled
in

the top or the bottom

fill
the
clear space.
An optional third parameter can be specified
to
obtain a part screen scroll.

where pari 0 - whole screen (default
