SCROLL scrolls the window attached
to
the specified or default channel up or down
by
the given number
of
pixels.
Paper
IS
scrolled
in
at
the top or the bottom
to
fill
the
clear space.
An optional third parameter can be specified
to
obtain a part screen scroll.
syntax:
pari: = numenc_expresslon
distance:
= numenc_expresslon
where pari 0 - whole screen (default
IS
no parameter)

= 1 - top excluding the cursor line
