Instructions for use
Tipping Hazard
• The pipe cradle and its load will
affect the load capacity of the plat-
form; this must be factored into
the total platform capacity.
• In case of excessive combined
weight of the pipe cradle and load,
the maximum number of people
on the platform should be
reduced.

After the pipe cradle is installed, follow the below in-
structions for use:
1. Ensure that the pipe cradle is installed correctly and
secured to the platform guardrail.
2. Place the load upon the pipe cradle, and ensure that
the load remains parallel with the pipe cradle’s lon-
gitudinal axis.
3. Ensure the load is centered on the same vertical
plane with the center of the pipe cradle.
4. Use the straps to secure loads to both sides of the
pipe cradle.
5. Gently push and pull on the load to ensure that it is
safely secured.
6. When the machine is operating, ensure that the load
is always secured in place.
11.3 GLASS PANEL CRADLE
Self-propelled aerial boom lifts are designed to transport
persons, tools and materials to aerial work locations.
When it’s necessary to transport panel-like objects to
aerial work locations the glass panel support provides a
means to place the panels on it and transport the panels
after being secured.
Unsafe Operation Hazard
• The glass panel support may only
be installed on models/in markets
as specified by Sinoboom.
• Before using the glass panel sup-
port, the safety rules and all oper-
ating instructions should be read,
understood and observed. This
manual should always be kept as
an integral part with the glass pan-
el support.
