the air filter when the indicator becomes red.
2. Open the air filter back cover clip, remove the back
cover, shake the main filter element up and down,
and remove the main filter element horizontally.
3. Check whether there is dust in the old filter element
and on the surface of the safety filter element. If
there is dust, the filter layer must be broken, and the
filter element must be replaced.
4. Blow the outer element with 0.5MPa (72.5psi) clean
air from the inside to the outside. Do not move the
safety filter element during maintenance. If cleaning
is not possible, it is recommended to replace the fil-

erly installed: push the air director to the bottom of
the housing, and turn the air director to ensure it is
properly installed.

with the housing, and clamp the back cover and the
housing with a clamping jaw.
NOTICE
Check whether the dust exhaust valve of the back
cover is blocked, deformed or cracked to ensure
that the dust exhaust valve is working normally.
8. After the maintenance is completed, press the reset
button on the service indicator to return to the green
state.

filter element should not be cleaned and should be
installed on the machine at all times. The safety fil-
ter element should only be replaced when the
main filter element is replaced.
• It is forbidden to blow the outer filter element from
the outside to the inside. If there is lots of dust on
the outer surface of the filter element, remove the
dust by hand patting. The inner filter element
(safety filter element) must not be disassembled
and cleaned, and must be replaced together with
the outer filter element.
• If the service indicator still gives an alarm after
cleaning the safety filter element, try to change the
