POWER SYSTEM

4. The coolant level should be between the MIN and
MAX marks on the box body.
5. If necessary, fill with correct coolant according to the
Oil Requirements , and do not overfill the tank.
Empty the Cooling System
1. After the engine and radiator have cooled suffi-
ciently (to the temperature below 50°C /122°F),
carefully open the cooler locking cap.
2. Place an appropriate container under the discharge
outlet.
3. Remove the engine drain plug.
4. Drain the coolant.
5. Reinstall the drain plug.
Fill with Coolant
NOTICE
Add coolant during the process in time to keep the
coolant level no lower than the lower mark line on the
expansion tank.
1. After the engine and radiator have cooled suffi-
ciently (the temperature drops below 50°C/122°F),
carefully unscrew the expansion tank pressure cap.
2. Fill with correct coolant slowly according to the Oil
Requirements until the coolant level in the expan-
sion tank reaches the upper mark line and drops
slowly.
3. Keep the expansion tank pressure cap open, start
the engine and idle it until the coolant level does not
drop any more, and fill with coolant to the upper
mark line.
4. Close the expansion tank pressure cap and keep
running the engine until the thermostat reaches the
opening temperature (reference for the thermostat
to open: the pipeline between the upper tank on the
radiator and the thermostat becomes significantly
hot) and the coolant level does not drop any more.
For rapid heating and venting, this operation should
be performed with the engine running at high speed
intermittently in situ.
5. Add coolant to the upper mark line and close the ex-
pansion tank pressure cap to complete filling
process.
Intake System
Check the Hermetic Sealing
Check whether the intake hose is aged and cracked,
and whether the clamp is loose. Tighten or replace parts
if necessary to ensure the tightness of the air intake
system.
Check and Replace the Air Filter
Element
It is recommended to replace the air filter element every
3 months or after 250 hours of operation, or as indicated
by the service indicator. When the intake resistance indi-
cator gives an alarm (turns red), turn off the machine
and maintain the outer element of the air filter.
