4. Remove the drain plug at the bottom of the oil pan.
Hot engine oil poses a risk of burns, so avoid
contact with hot oil when draining oil.
5. Screw on the drain plug after the oil is fully drained.
6. Open the filler cap, and fill with engine oil from the
oil filler port.
7. Make sure the oil level reaches the specified level
on the dipstick before reinstalling the filler cap.
8. Fill with correct and clean engine oil according to
the Oil Requirements , and never overfill the tank.
9. Warm up the engine so that the engine oil reaches
approximately 80°C (176°F) and then shut down the
engine.
10. Check the oil level, which should be in the proper
position.
Replace the Oil Filter or its Element
NOTICE
Do not pre-fill the filter, or the filter may be
contaminated.
It is recommended to replace the fuel filter element
every 6 months or after 500 hours of operation.

1. Place an appropriate oil-collecting vessel under the
engine oil filter.
2. Screw out the filter cover about 10-15mm (0.4-
0.6in) (when a small hole is exposed on the filter
cover, it has been screwed out about 10mm/0.4in),
leave it for 3-4min, wait for the dirty engine oil to flow
to the oil pan, and remove the filter cover (normally
the filter element will be removed together).
3. Remove the filter element from the filter cover, and
remove the O-ring on the filter cover. Install a new
O-ring, and apply oil to the surface of the O-ring.
Screw the new filter element into the groove of the
filter cover, and apply oil to the small O-ring at the
bottom of the filter element.
4. Install the filter cover together with the filter element
to the filter bracket, and tighten the filter cover ac-
cording to the torque requirements marked on the
filter cover.
5. Start the engine to check for oil leakage.
NOTICE
• The filter element and filter cover must be as-
sembled together before installed on the filter
bracket.
• Unqualified diesel or oil filter elements can lead to
premature wear of bushings in parts such as
crankshafts, increasing the risk of excessive
emissions.
Cooling System
It is recommended to replace the coolant every year or
after 1000 hours of operation.
Check the Coolant Level
NOTICE
Before opening the filler port cover, make sure to
press the exhaust button to prevent injury by hot
coolant with the engine warmed.
1. Turn off the engine.
2. Make sure that the machine and engine are
horizontal.
3. After the coolant temperature drops below 50°C
(122°F), slowly open the coolant filler port cover to
check the coolant level.
