All in all 8 signaling outputs are available for the binary feedback signal of the actuator to the
process control. Each of these outputs can be deactivated or assigned one of 18 status messages
available.
non-active Signaling output 1 is not assigned a possible status message. ”binary
output 1“ is deactivated.
One of the following states can be signaled:
tot. closed The actuator has cut off in the CLOSED end position.
tot. opened The actuator has cut off in the OPEN end position.
TL-CLOSE The actuator has cut off torque-dependently in the CLOSE direction.
TL-OPEN The actuator has cut off torque-dependently in the OPEN direction.
TL-CL or OP The actuator has cut off torque-dependently in the CLOSE or OPEN
directions.
fault A fault has occurred (for the type of fault refer to chapter 7).
blinker The actuator operates.
ready The actuator can be operated from „Local/Remote“.
ready+remote The actuator can be operated from „Remote“.
local The actuator is in “Local” or “locPar” mode.
inter.cont.CL The actuator position is within the range from 0 % to the position
programmed with the „inter.cont.CLOSE“ function.
inter.cont.CL The actuator position is within the range from the position programmed
with the „inter.cont.OPEN“ function to 100 %.
MotTempFault The max. motor temperature (155 °C) has been exceeded.
MotTempWarn The motor warning temperature has been exceeded (not for 2SG5…).
ExtVoltFault Low voltage or excessive voltage has been detected, or power supply has
been failed.
maintenance A maintenance limit has been exceeded.
Run.ind.close The actuator operates in direction CLOSE.
Run.ind. open The actuator operates in direction
OPEN.
