Fault Possible cause Remedy
○ Poor lubrication of all lubrication
points
○ Blockade upstream of the main
metering device
○ Loosen the lubrication line to the main metering device. If after loosen-
ing the lubrication line there is no lubricant output from the line, then
the problem is located either in the lubrication line to the main meter-
ing device or in the lubrication pump.
○ Poor lubrication of all lubrication
points
○ Main metering device clogged
○ Loosen the lubrication lines from the main metering device to the
secondary metering devices one after the other. If after loosening the
lubrication lines there is no lubricant output from the main metering
device, then the problem is located either in the main metering device
or in its feed line. Clean and, if necessary, replace the proximity switch.
○ Poor lubrication of individual lu-
brication points
○ Secondary metering device
clogged.
○ Loosen the lubrication lines from the main metering device to the
secondary metering devices one after the other. If after loosening a lu-
brication line there leaks lubricant from the outlet of the main metering
device, then the problem is located in the corresponding lubrication cir-
cuit of the secondary metering device. Clean and, if necessary, replace
the secondary metering device.

○ Loosen the lubrication lines from the secondary metering device to the
lubrication points one after the other. If after loosening a lubrication line
there leaks lubricant from the outlet of the secondary metering device,
