8.3.2 Discharge of the facility water (Water-cooled type)
1. Shut off the user’s power supply (breaker) .Turn off the power switch of this product.
2. Stop supplying the facility water, and make sure that there is no pressure applied inside the
piping.
3. Remove the piping from facility water inlet/outlet port.
4. Remove the cover panel on the back of the product using a cross slot screwdriver.

 Before discharding the facility water, stop operation of the user’s
equipment and release the residual pressure.
 Wear protective equipments like gloves to avoid getting injure like
a cutting hand by sharp edge of panel
