Return to origin was not completed within the set time.
<Countermeasure>
- If the ORIG mode is "0: Pushing Return to origin", the controller
parameter “model” and the actual actuator model may not match.
Check the parameters. Also, the motor shaft may be loose.
Please refer to the actuator operation manual.
- If the ORIG mode is "2, 3: Return to origin with sensor", check
that the sensor mounting and the cable connection of the sensor
are correct.
