Notes on Use
Operation and storage
Avoid operating or storing the unit in the following locations.
Where it is subject to extremes of temperature (operating
temperature range 5°C to 40°C (41°F to 104°F)
Where is will be exposed to direct sunlight for a long interval
or close to heating appliances (for example, the interior of a
car with the windows closed in summer can reach 50°C
(122 °F )
In damp or dusty places
Where there is severe vibration
In the presence of strong magnetic fields
Close to a television or radio emitting strong electromagnetic
radiation
Operate the unit in a horizontal position.
The unit is designed to be operated horizontally. Avoid using it
on its side, or in a very tilted (20 degrees or more) orientation.
Avoid strong shocks
Dropping the unit, or subjecting it to violent shocks in any
other way may cause it to fail.
Do not wrap in a cloth or anything else.
If wrapped in a cloth or anything else while in operation, the
temperature may rise, and this may lead to failure.
