If the error messages appear, check the following list. These
messages will disappear when you press SEL/PUSH
EXECUTE botton to confirm.

because the indicated
video equipment
stopped.
• There is an unrecorded
section of tape on the
player.
• The recorder has
reached the end of tape.
Check the status of the
video equipment.
23 PLAYER: CANNOT
READ COUNTER/TIME
CODE
The counter of the video
device cannot be read, or
there is an unrecorded
section of tape on the
player.
Check the connection of
the player, or the tape in
it.
31 PLAYER:
INCOMPATIBLE
COUNTER/TIME CODE
The unit has stopped
program editing because
the indicated player’s
counter is different from
that of the program.
Change the counter to
that of the program.

INCONSISTENT

There are different
counters in the program.
Change the counter of
the player and revise the
program.
