What to do if Spektrum NX20 will not link to aircraft after binding?
    • R
      Ryan RichJul 28, 2025
If your Spektrum Transmitter isn't linking to the aircraft after binding, ensure the transmitter isn't too close during the linking process. Move it a few feet away, and disconnect and reconnect the flight battery to the aircraft. Also, check for large metal objects nearby and move the aircraft or transmitter away from them. Ensure the bind plug is removed after binding and that you've selected the correct model memory on your transmitter (if ModelMatch™ is used). Check and recharge or replace batteries if the charge is low. Rebind the aircraft to the transmitter to ensure the correct DSM protocol is used. Finally, ensure the remote receiver is connected and not damaged.

How to fix Spektrum NX20 Transmitter not binding to aircraft?
    • M
      Michael WilsonAug 1, 2025
If your Spektrum Transmitter isn't binding to the aircraft, first ensure the transmitter isn't too close to the aircraft during the binding process; move it a few feet away and try again by disconnecting and reconnecting the flight battery. Check for any large metal objects nearby that could be interfering and move the aircraft or transmitter away. Make sure the bind plug is correctly installed in the bind port. Also, check and replace or recharge the batteries if they're low. If you're using an NX20 EU version transmitter, it's not compatible with DSM2 receivers.

What to do if Spektrum Receiver quits responding during operation?
    • J
      Julie HinesAug 6, 2025
If your Spektrum receiver quits responding during operation, it could be due to low battery voltage, so completely recharge the flight battery. Also, inspect the wires and connectors between the battery and receiver for any looseness or damage, and repair or replace them as necessary.

How to fix Spektrum Receiver losing its bind?
    • S
      sarah52Aug 10, 2025
If your Spektrum receiver loses its bind, it might be because the bind button was pressed before the transmitter was powered on. To resolve this, rebind the receiver by following the binding instructions.

Why Spektrum NX20 Transmitter has fades, losses, or holds during flight?
    • A
      Amanda HicksAug 14, 2025
If the flight log registers an undesirable number of fades, losses, or holds, or if the aircraft responds irregularly to controls when using your Spektrum Transmitter, try the following: * Reposition remote receivers to improve RF signal path diversity. * Check for and eliminate feedback from servos or motor systems to the ESC or receiver. * Check the aircraft's power draw and increase battery power, or decrease the power demand by installed systems. Ensure all aircraft batteries are fully charged and that the installed BEC for an electric aircraft is adequate for the power demand.

What causes Spektrum Receiver to failsafe at short distance?
    • S
      Stephen FrenchAug 18, 2025
If the Spektrum receiver goes into failsafe mode a short distance away from the transmitter, ensure that the main and remote receivers are installed at least 2 inches (51mm) apart.

    Jason WoodardAug 22, 2025
Why is Spektrum Receiver slowly blinking at landing?
    • D
      Daniel SmithAug 22, 2025
If your Spektrum receiver is slowly blinking at landing (DSM2 Only), check the battery voltage. Also, if the system was powered on and connected, then the receiver was powered off without powering off the transmitter, power off the transmitter when the receiver is powered off.
