N Remove screws (6).
N Remove the support (8) and electromagnet (7).
13.3 Installing the electromagnet
N Insert electromagnet (7) and place holder (8) in
position.
N Coat thread of screws (6) with thread-locking
adhesive.
N Insert screws (6) and tighten.
N Press the wire of the electromagnet into the
guide (arrows) with the aid of the wiring tool.
N Push grommets (10) into the supports.
N Plug white plug (9) into electronic module. The plug
engages.
N Fit cover (5). The cover (5) audibly engages.
N Insert screw (4) and tighten.
N Insert holding-down clamp (3).
N Insert screws (1) and tighten.
N Screw on and tighten nut (2).
N Install middle belt pulley, @ 6.3.
N Install the front V belt, @ 4.5.
N Install the rear V belt, @ 4.3.
N Install “starter cover with rewind starter”, @ 4.3.
N Fit guard, @ 4.3.
