Stihl TS 440 - 6.3 Installing the middle belt pulley; 6.4 Removing the front belt pulley

N Remove locking pin (arrow) 4130 893 7800.
N Pull off the belt pulley (6).
6.5 Installing the front belt pulley
N Push on the belt pulley (6).
N Block belt pulley (6) with locking pin (arrow)
4130 893 7800.
N Slide on the washer (5).
N Screw on and tighten nut (4) (40 Nm / 354 lbf. in.) for
pre-tensioning (left-hand thread).
N Unscrew the nut (4) (left-hand thread).
N Coat thread of the shaft with thread-locking adhesive.
N Screw on and tighten nut (4) (40 Nm / 354 lbf. in.)

N Remove locking pin (arrow) 4130 893 7800.
N Install the front V belt, @ 4.5.
N Install the rear V belt, @ 4.3.
N Attach starter cover with rewind starter, @ 4.3.
N Fit guard, @ 4.3.
