– Locking strip - 0000 893 5903
– Socket T27x125 – 0812 542 2104 or equivalent tool
– Setting gauge - 1127 890 6400
– Spacer - 4238 894 1100
– Torque wrench – 5910 890 0302 or equivalent tool
– Torque wrench – 5910 890 0312 or equivalent tool
– Screwdriver T27x200 – 5910 890 2415 or equivalent
tool
– Puller - 5910 890 4504
– Socket 13 mm – 5910 893 5608 or equivalent tool
– Socket 19 mm, long – 5910 893 5613 or equivalent
tool
– Flex ratchet wrench
– Extension for flex ratchet wrench
11.2 Removing the flywheel
N Prepare for repair, @ 3.1
N Remove screws (1).
N Remove fan cover (2).
N Undo screw (3) and remove cap (4).
N Pull off the spark plug boot.
N Unscrew the spark plug (5).
N Block the piston with the locking strip 0000 893 5903.
N Undo nut (6).
N Place spacer (9) 4238 894 1100 on puller
(8) 5910 890 4504.
N Fasten puller (8) 5910 890 4504 with
spacer (9) 4238 894 1100 to flywheel (7).
N Pull off flywheel (7).
N Remove flywheel (7) and puller.
11.3 Installing the flywheel
N Slip the flywheel (7) onto the conical crankshaft stub.
The cone of the crankshaft stub and of the flywheel
must be clean and free from grease.
N Block the piston.
N Screw on and tighten nut (6).
