N Carry out a visual inspection. The profile of the V belt
lines up with the profile of the center and front belt
pulley.
N If a new V belt is installed: Slide the “19 mm auxiliary
tool” (13) onto the hexagon and apply and hold a
torque of 10 Nm / 89 lbf. in. to the “19 mm auxiliary
tool” (13).
N Tighten nut (12) (20 Nm / 177 lbf. in.).
N Install the rear V belt (5), @ 4.3.
N Attach “starter cover with rewind starter” (4), @ 4.3.
N Attach guard (2), @ 4.3.
