S900
+
uses the NTRIP protocol to transmit corrections to a caster.
To connect to an NTRIP caster it’s necessary to set its IP address and port.
Mountpoint is fixed to the device serial number.
The password is the one that can be requested by the Caster for the bases.
If the “Auto connect” option is enabled, at start-up the S900
+
will use the last settings to connect automatically
to the NTRIP caster.
S900
+
has a basic internal caster, to work as a standalone base. IP address and port to transmit the corrections
to the internal caster are 127.0.0.1 and 9010.
To receive the corrections from this base with a rover, the rover configuration must contain:
• IP address of the base in the network used for the transmission
• Port: 9010
• Mountpoint: DIFF1
• GGA Upload: not necessary
• User: not necessary
• Password: same as the one set for the base
CSD connect mode, allow transmitting RTK corrections using a phone call, so it’s necessary to have a SIM card
with a phone number.
