Sullivan-Palatek Standard Warranty apply to the Platinum Extended Warranty and the Platinum Plus Extended
Warranty and that warranty is herein incorporated by reference.
COMPONENT COVERAGE
Platinum Warranty: Coverage includes parts and labor to repair or replace, as deemed necessary solely by Sullivan-
Platinum Plus Warranty:
TOTAL PERIOD OF COVERAGE
Platinum Warranty: 60 months from the date of start-up as evidenced by the required Warranty Registration
Platinum Plus Warranty: 120 months from date of start-up as evidenced by the required Warranty Registration
The Platinum and Platinum Plus Extended Warranties are an extension of Sullivan-Palatek’s Standard Warranty and
Registration and Obtaining Warranty Service: The Warranty Registration Form supplied with the compressor must
be completed and returned within 10 days of delivery and start-up to register the compressor under the Platinum
can only be reestablished by application to Sullivan-Palatek’s Product Support department, which may require a paid
Sullivan-Palatek’s Obligations:
coverage includes labor, and will pay ground freight for the return of defective parts and shipment of replacement
Purchaser’s Responsibility: In addition to the responsibilities detailed in Sullivan-Palatek’s Standard Warranty,
the Platinum Extended Warranties require that the purchaser use Sullivan-Palatek brand compressor lubricant and
compliance with these terms must be available and invoices must be provided upon request in the event of a claim
This warranty applies to all Sullivan-Palatek stationary industrial air compressors of 15 horsepower or larger,
excluding XH models
