GTRCOMM = GTI has timed out waiting for a status message from the
GTR
GTRFAILx = hard failure, where x = 1 through 5 (the numbers 1-5 are
diagnostic codes for field service/engineering use only)
<null> = all condtypes, except those listed for PSM
condtype: For RTRV-ALM-ALL:
<null> = all condtypes
srveff: SA = service-affecting condition
NSA = nonservice-affecting condition
<null> = service-affecting or nonservice-affecting conditions
srveff: For RTRV-ALM-ALL:
