Touch screen need do correction
Housing assembled by over tighten.
Connect a mouse, use mouse to
enter touch screen correction for to
calibrate touch screen.
Loose housing screws, if
overtighten.
System hang Software error, need restart
Hold ON/OFF key for 6 seconds to
restart the scale.
Disconnect battery and charger,
connect again and turn on the
power
Disconnect AC
adapter will turn
off power
Battery low
Verify the batteries are
rechargeable types and charging
voltage getting proper. Plug AC
adapter to charge battery.
Replace battery
LCD off but power

Scale in sleep mode

Press ON/OFF key to back to
working mode
