A delay of ~100mSec is required after the [PROGram]:WAVE:CURRent command if long
sequences are used, prior sending any additional command.
[PROGram]:WAVE:TIME <NRf+>,{<NRf+>}
Function: Specifies the time interval of each slope between 2 points of a WAVE.
The function defines up to 100 parameters.
Parameters
0.001 to 129,600 seconds. Default: 0.001s
