To raise a matrix to a power,

Relational Operations
To compare two matrices using the relational operations
= and ƒ (TEST menu), they must have the
same dimensions.
= and ƒ compare matrixA and matrixB on an element-by-element basis. The other
relational operations are not valid with matrices.
matrixA=matrixB returns 1 if every comparison is true; it returns 0 if any comparison is false.
matrixAƒmatrixB returns 1 if at least one comparison is false; it returns 0 if no comparison is false.
