Motor power end Stiffness (muscle tone) at the end of the training session (during the last 60 s).
Level of difficulty
Indicates the level of difficulty of the absolved training programme in stars
(* = easy,** = medium,*** = difficult).
Is indicated exclusively in training programmes “Keeper”, “Hedgehog”, “Car”
and “Planet”.
Success rate
Indicates the success rate.
– e.g. for the Keeper training programme: 7/8 means that seven out of
eight balls were caught.

Leaving the
evaluation
To leave the training evaluation:
Press START button, STOP button or .
Calling up the training results
Pressing the STOP button makes the display switch between training
evaluation and standard display.
Pressing the STOP button will display the training data until
– a new training session is started from the standard display by pressing
the START button.
– THERA-Trainer is restarted (also from stand-by mode).
14.4 Cardio-pulse-set
Note Observe minimum distance of 1.5 m between THERA-Trainer so that THERA-Trainer
with cardio-pulse-set do not influence each other.
The polar pulse belt (cardio-pulse-set) prevents exceeding the set heart rate limit
(see Heart rate limit) and indicates the user's current pulse rate.
Use cardio-pulse-set exclusively with control and display unit with 5.7'' or 10.4''
colour screen.
The pulse signal is transmitted wirelessly to the THERA-Trainer.
In the THERA-Trainer with cardio-pulse-set, the receiver is built in.
NOTE!
Material damage due to incorrect use!
Do not fold cardio-pulse-set.
Do not leave cardio-pulse-set in direct sunlight for longer periods of time.
