Check inner element:
Checking at element directly:
Measure resistances between
terminals 2 & 4
Normal: 33 Ω ± 5 Ω
Checking from the infinite switch:
Remove Brown and Orange wire
from Infinite switch, Measure
resistances between Orange &
Brown wires.
Normal : 33Ω ± 5Ω
Check Outer Element:
Checking at element directly:
Measure resistances between
terminals 2 & 4A
Normal: 52Ω ± 5Ω
Checking from the infinite switch:
Remove Brown and Yellow wire
from Infinite switch, Measure
resistances between Yellow & Brown
wires.
Normal: 52Ω ± 5 Ω
Checking HOT surface sensor
Remove two black wires from
sensor. Measure resistances
between L2 to K (x) Terminal
Normal: Under 165◦F = OL / OPEN
Above 165◦F = 1Ω or CL
