4.4 Changing the bypass valve on the EPZ pump
Before starting the maintenance procedure, please refer to section 2.
The bypass valve is accessed from side A of the dispenser (see section 2.3 for the
identification of the dispenser sides).
Tools required
•Bypass Valve Repair Kit for EPZ Pump (refer to the Parts Manual for exact part
identification)
•24mm spanner
•TX30 bit
•Large flathead screwdriver
Description of Parts
INSTRUCTIONS
1) Follow the instructions given in section 2.4 to gain access to
the hydraulic area.
2) Locate the bypass valve cover on the pump.
3) Using the TX30 bit, loosen and remove the four screws on the
bypass valve cover. Remove the bypass valve cover completely.
