3.8.3 Exporting/deleting examination data
In order to prevent data loss due to hardware failure, it
is recommended to backup data to external media on
a regular basis.
The Export/Deletion program is used for managing files
saved on the database.
Files can be moved from the default directory to another
directory on the hard disk or external media. Also, patient
records or measurement results can be deleted if these
are faulty.
1) Select “Export/Delete” from the Utility menu (1) on the
menu bar or click the “Export/Delete” button (2) on the
tool bar.
2) The Bucket (Export/Delete) appears in the examination
data display area on the Examination List screen.(Fig. 2)
