3.2.3 Release measurement section stopper
Turn the measurement section stopper counterclockwise.
The measurement section does not move even though
the joystick is operated while the measurement section
stopper is locked.
When moving or storing the instrument, align the top
section with the bottom section of the instrument, then
push the stopper in and turn it clockwise to lock it.
