When “e” or “E” is displayed, perform any of the following actions according
to the captured image condition.
- Retake
Capture an image again if the images are not clear.
- Correcting trace line
Correct and redraw the incorrect images. Refer to “3.4.1 Editing
trace line” for how to edit the trace line.
- Selecting cell
Exclude cells with trace lines extracted incorrectly from the target of
analysis. Refer to “3.4.1 c) Selecting cells” for how to select cells.
- Changing analysis method
Perform analysis with the L-count method or Core method. Refer to
“3.4.2 L-count method” and “3.4.3 Core method” for the operation of
the L-count method and Core method.
The reliability mark does not appear when the following analytical
calculations are conducted.
- When a trace line is edited
- When a cell is selected
- Analysis using the L-count method
- Analysis using the Core method
It can be set on the System Setup screen whether to show the reliability or
not.
Refer to “3.7.3 Application" for setting method. The initial setting is OFF.
Ɣ Checking dark area analysis
Touch the “Dark Area” button (1) on the single eye analysis screen (Fig. 3).
The dark area analysis scren (Fig. 4) appears. Touch the “Dark Area" button
(2) on the dark area analysis screen (Fig. 3) to return to the single eye
analysis screen.
