to IGNITI ON ON mode with the headlight s
on, the headlight cl eaners wil l als o oper-
ate once.

In fr eezing weat her, warm the windshi eld
with the defroster befor e usi ng t he washer.
This will help prevent the washer flui d
from fr eezing on your windshi eld, whic h
can block your vision.
NOTICE
Do not operat e the wiper s if the wind-
shield i s dr y. It may scr atch the glass
or may damage wi per blades.
When waxi ng your vehic le, make sure that
the washer nozzles do not become
block ed. If a nozz le becomes bl ocked,
contac t any authori zed Toy ota dealer or
repair er, or anot her duly qual ifi ed and
equipped pr ofess ional t o have the v ehicl e
serv iced.
NOTICE
If a nozz le becomes blocked, do not
try to clear it wit h a pin or other
object. The nozz le will be damaged. In
this case, cont act any author ized
Toyota dealer or repair er, or another
duly qual ified and equi pped profes-
sional.

as i t wil l go (positi on 3 or 4) . The k nob
automatic ally retur ns from t hese posit ions
after you releas e i t. The r ear window wip-
er operates whi le the washer squi rts.
