AUDIO AND HANDS−FREE PHONE SYSTEMS
When t he phone is sel ected by usi ng
the knob:
Turn t he “ AUDIO/CONTROL” knob until
the phone name that y ou want to c hange
is dis played and push the knob.
“XXX” is dis played.
1. Turn the “AUDIO/ CONTROL” knob until
“Confi rm” is displ ayed and pus h t he
knob.
2. Turn the “AUDIO/ CONTROL” knob until
“Recor d Name” is dis played, push the
knob and say “XXX (des ired phone
name)”.
3. Turn the “AUDIO/ CONTROL” knob until
“Confi rm” is displ ayed and pus h t he
knob.
“Changed” is di splay ed.
The system may not function in the follow-
ing cases :
D If no phone has been r egist ered.
D If the system does not recogni ze the
voic e command.
To li st phones
Turn t he “ AUDIO/CONTROL” knob until
“Lis t Phones” is di splay ed and pus h the
knob.
To selec t a name, pus h t he talk s witc h
during the name playback .
Select one of the followi ng:
Select phone
Turn t he “ AUDIO/CONTROL” knob until
“Selec t Phone” is dis played and push the
knob.

Change name
Turn t he “ AUDIO/CONTROL” knob until
“Change Name” i s dis played and pus h the
knob.

Delete
Turn t he “ AUDIO/CONTROL” knob until
“Delet e” is displ ayed and pus h the knob.
For furt her details on delet ing a phone,
see page 322.
If no phone has been regi ster ed, t he sys-
tem may not func tion properl y.
To set a passkey
1. Turn the “AUDIO/ CONTROL” knob until
“Set Passkey” is displayed and push
the knob.
Passkey is displayed.
2. Turn the “AUDIO/CONTROL” knob to
selec t a number.
When using the knob:
1. Turn the “AUDIO/CONTROL” knob to
select a number. Push the “AUDI O/
CONTROL” knob to set.
2. When the passkey is set, push the
“AUDIO/CONTROL” k nob.
The system may not function in the follow-
ing cases :
D If the passkey has less than 4 digits.
D If the passkey has more than 8 digits.
To delet e a phone
Turn t he “ AUDIO/CONTROL” knob until
“Delet e” is displ ayed and pus h the knob.
When using a voi ce command:
Push the tal k switc h and say the phone
name.
“XXX” is dis played.
Turn t he “ AUDIO/CONTROL” knob until
“Confi rm” is di splay ed and pus h t he knob.
“Delet ed” is dis played.
