General Information
Whenever the side stand is used before
riding, always ensure that the stand is fully up
after first sitting on the motorcycle.
For instructions on safe parking, refer to the
'How to Ride the Motorcycle' section.
Centre Stand

2. Lifting handle
To set the motorcycle up on the centre stand,
step down firmly on the foot-finder part of
the stand, then lift the motorcycle up and to
the rear using the lifting handle as a
handhold.

Lifting Handle
The lifting handle is located on the left hand
side of the motorcycle, and is the upper edge
of the pillion footrest hanger.
Always use the lifting handle to park the
motorcycle on the centre stand.

Do not use the side panel or seat as a
hand-hold when placing the motorcycle on
the centre stand as this will cause damage.
