Not Harvesting/Assisted Harvest
Long harvest, normal ice fill
pattern. Ice will not come off
evaporator. May shut down on
E26 Exceeded Harvest Cycle
Time Limit
After 3 min in Harvest, is
the ice still frozen to the
evaporator?
Is the unit level?
Is the bridge thickness
greater than 1/4" (6.4 mm)?
Is the condenser fan(s) off)?
Has the evaporator been
descaled and sanitized per
the instructions in the last
month?
Closely inspect the
evaporator. Are there any
signs of damage (i.e., loose,
or damaged partitions or
nickel missing?
Are there any signs of
missing silicone in the
corners where the plastic
extrusions surround the
evaporator coil?
Is the condenser fan wired
per the diagram?
Adjust the bridge thickness.

Replace
the control board
Descale
and sanitize the
unit per the instructions

the evaporator
Remove
all old silicone and
clean the area thoroughly
with a Scotch-Brite style pad and

dry then use food grade
silicone.
