Troubleshooting & Diagnosis
Unit Shutting Off
Is the Display
Energized
Is the 15 Amp
breaker on the
back of the unit
tripped?
Is the ON/OFF
switch on the
control box ON?
Is the supply
voltage correct
at N and L on the
circuit board?
Is the alert triangle
showing on the
home screen?
Press info icon
Press the
"Caution" Triangle
Icon
Does the unit go
into "STARTUP"
mode when the
"Make Ice" button
is pressed?
Recycle supply
power to the unit.
Does machine
start when the
"Make Ice" button
is pressed?
Are the
connections at the
DSP connector
and the display
board clean and
plugged in?
Is the 20 Amp fuse
on the control
board open?
Turn
power switch
to On
Logged/
Stored
alarms
Clean
connections and/
or plug connectors in
properly
Replace
display
Run
unit through 3
complete cycles and observe
operations
Reset breaker
View
all Active
alarms
Correct
the supply
voltage
