Drain Valve
Water is not draining from the
Sump Tank. Unit may be off on
Purge alarm
With the unit off, is
water present in the
sump tank?
Is the water level
below 4mm?
Is the drain valve
energized?
Check coil voltage at
drain valve (12vdc). Is
voltage present?
Is there voltage at the
control board? Read
voltage at terminal DRN,
(should be 12vdc)
Reset unit by interrupting power.
During the startup process, when the
unit is draining, does the sump drain
to 4mm or less within 4 min?
Replace
drain valve
Replace
control board
Unit
operating
correctly
Check
wire connection
between the board and the
drain valve coil
Check
to verify the
drain line is vented,
drain line size is at least 3/4"
ID, and the drain
is clear
