5.3 Measuring the frame height
A frame height of at least 170 mm is required at the lev-
el of the wheel hub / tyre centre in the range of 350 mm
from the outer edge of the tyre�

5.4 Determining the installation type
and required special accessories
The figures showing the special accessories are for il-
lustration purposes only� For detailed information on the
installation, see the assembly instructions�
5.4.1 Standard installation
Standard installation is used with a U-profile or L-profile
chassis and a frame height of at least 170 mm�
No special accessories are required for the standard
installation�
5.4.2 Height compensation with spacer sets
Frame height >110mm and <170mm
Installation on U-profile or L-profile chassis with a frame
height greater than 110mm and less than 170mm
requires height compensation�
•
If the frame height is less than 110 mm, installation
is not possible without further ado (see low chassis
kit)�
•
For a frame height of 110 mm to less than 140 mm,
the spacer kit 60 mm must be used for compensa-
tion�
•
For a frame height of 140 mm to less than 170 mm,
the spacer kit 30 mm must be used for compensa-
tion�
•
For a frame height of 170 mm or more, no spacer kit
needs to be used� Observe ground clearance�

The spacer kit is used for height compensation of
30mm for standard L-profile or U-profile chassis�
•
For compensating for height on caravans with a
frame height of 140mm to less than 170 mm�
•
Can be installed in front of or behind the axle�
•
The spacer kit is also used for height compensation
when installing under the entrance step�
