10.9 U Disk R/W Data
This function is for the data transfer between ECR and U disk (use RS232-USB reader for connection, please refer to
chapter 14.1.1).
1. Use key [↑] or [↓] to choose the item ‗U DISK R/W DATA‘, and press [CASH] key to enter.
2. System prompts: <INPUT MANAGER>, input manager number, press [CASH] key to confirm.
3. System prompts: <INPUT MANAGER PASW>, input manager password, press [CASH] key to confirm.
● Upload Daily Report
Connect the U disk to the cash register.
Use key [↑] or [↓] to choose the item ‗UPLOAD DAILY REPORT‘, and press [CASH] key to upload daily report
to your U disk.
● Upload PLU Report
Connect the U disk to the cash register.
Use key [↑] or [↓] to choose the item ‗UPLOAD PLU REPORT‘, and press [CASH] key to upload PLU report to
your U disk.
● Upload Bill Wise Summary
Connect the U disk to the cash register.
Use key [↑] or [↓] to choose the item ‗UPLOAD BILL WISE SUMMARY‘, and press [CASH] key to upload bill wise
summary report to your U disk.
● Download PLU Information
Connect the U disk to the cash register.
Use key [↑] or [↓] to choose the item ‗DOWNLOAD PLU INFORMATION‘, and press [CASH] key to download
PLU information from U disk to ECR. (Please refer to chapter 14.2.1 for saving PLU information to U disk.)
