100 Making calls
Transferring with Selected Dialing key
Prerequisite: You are conducting a call. The Selected Dialing key should be
configured to one of the permanent programmable keys.
If the Selected Dialing key is configured inside the Favourites menu:
@ Press the key for the Main menu.
Open using the Softkey.
€ Select the Selected Dialing key and the configured action will be triggered. The
call will be placed on Hold and either a Consultation call will take place, or a Blind
transfer.
If the Selected Dialing key is configured to a permanently displayed key in the
left panel:
Press the Selected Dialing key and the configured action will be triggered. The
call will be placed on Hold and either a Consultation call will take place, or a Blind
transfer.
Your administrator should have configured the option Selected Dial Ac-
tion on Calls to be either “Consult” or “Transfer”. If it is set to “No Action”
nothing will happen.

The ability to transfer a call using the Selected Dialing keys is also possible
for mobile users who are logged on the phone and when a Bluetooth head-
set is used.
