Access the programming mode
Directly via the function key
Prerequisite: Must be activated by administrator.
S Press and hold one of the three keys Forward, Pick up or DND, which is to be as-
signed a function, until the programming prompt is displayed.
Confirm to begin programming. The key illuminates continuously.
or Via the user menu
You can also program keys via the user menu.
Settings Press the key shown.
Select and confirm the option shown.
Select and confirm the option shown.
if nec.j Enter and confirm the User password.
Select and confirm the option shown.
Select and confirm the option shown. You are prompted to press the key you
wish to program.
S Press one of the three keys Forward, Pick up or DND, which is to be assigned a
function. The key illuminates continuously.
If the prompt is not displayed, you can only launch key programming via
the user menu (consult your administrator about the current setting).
