The Phone Book can be downloaded or uploaded to and from a *.csv formatted file. To
Upload/download:
• Click and locate the desired csv file in your PC.
• Select upload or download, as desired.
An example Phone Book and resulting file are shown below.

Remote Phone Book URL
The IP Phone can access and dial from an external Phone Book. The Remote Phone Book is
an xml file managed remotely. To use the Remote Phone Book feature, the URL of the HTTP
server hosting the Phone Book must be entered.
