Cleaning the radiator
Information!
Dirt on the radiator fins reduces the radiator’s heat dissipation capacity and
can cause damage to the diesel engine!
• Check and if necessary clean the radiator once a day.
• In dusty or dirty work conditions, clean more frequently than indicated in the
maintenance plans.
Information!
In order to ensure the radiator’s optimal cooling capacity, do not damage the
radiator fins as you clean them with a compressed-air gun!
• Maintain a sufficient distance from the radiator to avoid damage to the radiator fins.
• Use oil-free compressed air (2 bar/29 psi max.) to clean.
