CAUTION:Toreducetheriskofinjurywhen
workingonorwiththesawchain,ensureyou
wearthecorrectsafetyglovesandremove
thesawchainwhenmakinganyadjustments
orservicingthesawunit.
NOTE:Thesawchainsprocketrequiresthesame
levelofattentionandmaintenanceasother
partsofthesawunit.
NOTE:Awornsawchainsprocketmaycausedamage
tothesawbarortothesawchain.Ifthesaw
chainsprockethasbeendamaged,itcannotbe
repaired,itcanonlybereplaced.
1.Removethe12-millimetrecap-screw(6).
2.Removethesawchaincatcher(5).
3.Removethesawchain-sprocket(4).
4.Removetheshim(2).
5.Ensurethespacer(1)isnotwornordamaged;ifyou
identifyevidenceofwearand/ordamage,replacethe
spacer.
6.Re-installtheshim(2).
7.Installanewsawchain-sprocket.
8.Re-installthesawchaincatcher(5).
