Required Materials
TORX T10 screwdriver
Small, flat-blade screwdriver
Lens tissue or nonparticulating swab
HPLC-grade methanol
Belleville spring washer
Flow cell gasket
Procedure
To disassemble and clean the flow cell (and lenses):
1. Use the TORX T10 screwdriver to remove the three screws that secure one of the
lens holder assemblies (Figure 3-4
).

2. Use the small, flat-blade screwdriver to gently pry the lens assembly from the
flow cell body at the slots.
