10.1 Troubleshooting
10.1.1 LED error displays
LED Cause Troubleshooting / INFO
Transport Flashing A MultiCard may be stuck
in the heating unit.
Turn off the system and then turn it on
again in order to initialize.
The MultiCard is then transported out of the
printer.
If the card is not fed out of the printer, pro-
ceed as follows:
Turn off the printer and wait until it has
cooled off.
Unplug the power cord. If possible remove
the MultiCard from the system. Restart the
system.
If the problem remains, please contact the
Weidmüller service or a sales representa-
tive.
Flashing Excess temperature was
reached
The heater is shut off immediately.
Wait until the heating unit has cooled off.
When the heating unit is cooled off, the sys-
tem will be automatically reactivated.
If the error occurs again, contact Weid-
müller customer support or a sales repre-
sentative.
Temperature
Illuminated Upper temperature limit has
been reached.
The heating unit has reached a limit value.
The current print job is finished. The next
print job is then delayed for safety reasons,
but then automatically processed.
Heating 1 Flashing The heating unit is currently
heating up.
Wait until the unit has reached its operating
temperature (< 1 minute).
Heating 2 Flashing The heating unit is currently
heating up.
Wait until the unit has reached its operating
temperature (< 1 minute).
Heating 1 and
Heating 2
Both not il-
luminated
The heating unit is not acti-
vated.
Fusing is deactivated.
This setting can be used for sample test
printing or for measuring the system without
print fusing.
