10 Faults, causes and remedies
Have faults remedied only by qualified
personnel.
Follow the safety instructions under
9 Maintenance.
If the operating fault cannot be remedied,
please consult skilled craft firms or the nearest
Wilo after-sales service point or representative.
11 Spare parts
Spare parts may be ordered via local professional
technicians and/or the Wilo after-sales service.
To avoid queries and incorrect orders, all data on
the name plate should be submitted for each
order.
12 Disposal
Damage to the environment and risks to personal
health are avoided by the proper disposal and
appropriate recycling of this product.
1. Draw on public or private waste management
companies for the disposal of the product or
components.
2. For more information on the correct disposal,
please contact your local council or waste dis-
posal office or the supplier from whom you
obtained the product.

Fault Cause Remedy
LED lights up red
Electronic excess current release was
triggered
Check the pump and DIP switch settings.
After remedying the error, reset the LED
display with the Reset button
(fig. 1 item 4).
LED flashes red
Pump current < 300 mA or Phase L2
missing
Check power supply, check pump and
pump cable.
After remedying the error, reset the LED
display with the Reset button
(fig. 1 item 4).
LED lights up red
WSK was triggered or jumper to termi-
nals 2 and 3 is missing
Check pump and wiring.
LED flashes red quickly
WSK was triggered or jumper to termi-
nals 1 and 2 is missing
Check pump and wiring.
LED flashes red at irregular
intervals
WSK 1 and WSK 2 have triggered or
jumpers between terminals 1 and 2 and
terminals 2 and 3 are missing
Check pump and wiring.
LED lights up red
High water alarm signal due to dynamic
pressure system
Check system/pump
LED flashes red quickly
High water alarm signal due to dynamic
pressure system
Check system/pump
LED flashes red at irregular
intervals
Multiple high water alarm signal Check system/pump
